The main objective of the NES is to provide DRC with a strategic framework to increase its exports of goods and services, diversify its economy and enhance its competitiveness. The project is aligned to Pillar III of the Africa Trade Fund which aims to support RMCs in strengthening the capacities of their Trade Support Institutions.
